Launching May 2027, the Teen Skills Development Lab is a one-day vocational skills lab designed to equip teens with practical skills through structured hands-on learning sessions led by industry professionals.
Open to teenagers through a structured registration process, the program is designed to create free and accessible opportunities for skills acquisition, while maintaining an organized and impactful learning environment. The Teen Skills Development Lab lies under TEF’s Vocational Skills pillar, reinforcing its long-term commitment to equipping teenagers with practical skills that support creativity, employability, and self-reliance.

The Lab will feature two focus tracks:
Digital & Tech Track
