The Pathways to Advancement Initiative is a developing initiative under TEF’s Meaningful Opportunities pillar designed to create structured progression pathways for older teens, particularly those from underserved and vulnerable communities.
This initiative will provide access to internship or apprenticeship placement opportunities during school holiday periods, alongside empowerment toolkits and mentorship networks to support skills development and guided career exposure.
Participation will be application-based, with selection guided by clear eligibility criteria to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with the foundation’s mission.
The initiative’s structure, application timelines, and rollout phases will be introduced progressively as the initiative develops.
